I find myself often pondering on these,

Where do warlords, freelance gunmen, rebels, and so forth in Somalia get weapons from?

Who supplies them? Who pays the suppliers? or is it a debt charged on an account?

Who's the beneficiary?

I have answers from my own analysis but I would love to hear your thoughts on this.
